Mad Paper Crush

Before we go any further, I must confess – I have a mad.paper.crush. I’m not sure why, but I love paper. Maybe it’s genetic – my dad has always loved office supplies, so maybe I get it from him. My crush on paper has grown from just office supplies though – from  washi tape and stickers to cards and planners–and everything in between. I love to make things with paper. Printing, painting, cutting, sewing – paper projects are my passion.

So, what if I needed a notebook? Well, I wasn’t about to buy one. I made one! Cards for birthdays and holidays – yep, let me make them. Tags for gifts, well, of course I was going to make them.

I make a lot of other things too, though. I like to make my own jewelry. My own mascara – from egg yolk. It’s strange, I know, but I have a thing for simple, natural products for my body and home. And whole foods. Ya, gimme some of THAT.

Even though I have a crush on all things crafty and paper, I’m also kind of a tech-nerd. My phone is a constant source of fun and learning. I’m always drawn to learning new things about technology. And don’t get me started on Star Wars. Or Total Recall.
